Built in 1890 by a Dutch family who helped found the Toronto suburb where the house sits. This irregular styled Queen Anne Victorian home received heritage protection in 2012.
After 2012, the numbered corporation who owns the property allowed it to sit abandoned and decaying. By the year 2020 the corporation applied to remove the protections and demolish all the buildings on the property.
