Built in 1970, this house was lived in by a reclusive animator who worked for companies like Disney and Hannah Barbara. He passed away in 2018 and it appears that some work had begun on the house after that, but was stopped. Leaving most of the original features intact. The house has not been put up for sale or been sold after his passing and is sitting in limbo.
